After years of teaching both high school and college, I realized something big: success isn’t just about smarts—it’s about skills. And more importantly, it’s about learning how to manage life in a way that feels a little less stressful and a lot more intentional.
That’s why I started this coaching practice—because I’m passionate about helping both teens and adults build the habits and systems they need to feel confident, capable, and calm(ish) in the middle of life’s chaos.
